Gathering elastic

The BOHIN special gathering elastic will help you in the making of your pieces of work. Hard-wearing and light, it is ideal for making smocks, gathering sleeves, children’s wear... Very easy to position on a finished edge. Pinned once onto the wrong side of the edge to be gathered, it is enough to stitch along the top edge of the tape, the bottom edge, and between the elastic sliding threads. Lastly, pull on the elastic threads to the point of obtaining the desired length, then tie the threads at both ends. This elastic is made in France and meets the Oeko-Tex standard. It is machine washable.
